Speaker Phan Tuong Yen, Training and Project Director of Saigon Psychub, held a webinar with Marsh Vietnam to discuss all about Generation Z – the generation that is often discussed on social networking sites now.

The webinar attracted more than 120 participants from many different generations. By understanding about psychological and behavioral characteristics of Gen Z, Marsh employees can gain valuable insights into prejudices and truths about this generation. This topic not only helps other generations connect and work effectively with Gen Z, but it also draws interest in Gen Z themselves as they seek to understand their own identity within their generation.
