Recently, Psychub had another opportunity to collaborate with Home Credit in the HomeChat program with the theme:“Unconscious Bias”. This event brought together more than 120 online and in-person participants, led by two speakers, Ms. Cẩm Vân and Ms. Tường Yên from Saigon Psychub, with the special participation of Ms. My and Mr. Trung from Home Credit.

During this learning session, participants explored concepts related to unconscious bias, their effects, and were provided with specific coping strategies. All four speakers joined the Panel Talk segment to discuss and share practical experiences from their work and personal lives, as well as answer questions from the participants. The program created an open and welcoming space for employees to discuss and explore diverse perspectives on unconscious bias.
