Recently, Saigon Psychub conducted a sharing session titled “Microaggression” as part of the HomeChat program (a series of in-house learning and development programs by Home Credit). The program was smoothly led by two speakers: Dr. Dao Minh Hong and Ms. Nguyen Hong An, who serve as advisors and professional supervisors at Saigon Psychub.
The program focused on recognizing microaggressions and their impact on individuals in the workplace. The role of becoming aware of unconscious biases and how they contribute to microaggressive behavior was emphasized in this session.
Through interesting stories related to the workplace and natural guidance from the two speakers, the topic was actively discussed with the participation of over 120 employees, both in person and online.
