In the final months of 2022, Psychub collaborated with FLG Vietnam to organize a training course with the theme “Mental Health 101 for Leadership”. The training course took place from September to November 2022 and involved groups of managers from various departments, under the guidance of speaker Phan Tường Yên, Director of Training and Projects at Saigon Psychub.

The course was conducted with great enthusiasm, and all participants eagerly explored fundamental concepts related to mental health, misconceptions, and realities, as well as how to apply this knowledge in the workplace. Additionally, various activities were interspersed throughout the sessions to provide participants with immediate practical experience, creating a lively and satisfying atmosphere.
